Emeralt Emerging Europe is an actively managed long/short hedge fund, investing in the equity markets of Emerging Europe, including Russia and Turkey. The fund's objective is to generate positive absolute returns through active stock picking and dynamic market exposure. The core portfolio consists of long and short positions in large and liquid Emerging Europe stocks. A smaller portion of the portfolio is invested more opportunistically in less liquid names, including corporate bonds.
